Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Portfolytics ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.

User Accounts and Responsibilities

- • No refunds for partial months, but service continues until period end
Payment Terms

Disclaimers
AS IS BASIS: The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
DATA ACCURACY: While we strive for accuracy, we don't warrant that the data displayed is error-free or complete. Data accuracy depends on your Google Analytics setup and configuration.
THIRD-PARTY SERVICES: Our service depends on third-party APIs and services. We're not responsible for their availability, changes, or failures.
Limitation of Liability
LIMITATION: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Portfolytics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
MAXIMUM LIABILITY: Our total liability to you for all damages shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
EXCEPTIONS: Some jurisdictions don't allow the exclusion of certain warranties or limitation of liability for consequential damages, so some limitations may not apply to you.
Termination
By You
- • Cancel your subscription anytime
- • Delete your account through settings
- • Service continues until current billing period ends
- • Export your data before deletion
By Us
- • For violation of these Terms
- • For fraudulent or illegal activity
- • For non-payment of fees
- • With 30 days notice for service discontinuation
Effect of Termination
- • Your access to the service will cease immediately
- • Your data will be deleted within 30 days
- • You can request data export before deletion
- • Provisions regarding intellectual property and liability survive termination
Governing Law and Disputes
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
